The Switchboard team is hard at work recruiting volunteers (we like to call 'em Kingdom Consultants) to fill the different gaps field workers and ministry leaders experience each and every day.
We'd love to get some of your feedback into which categories seem the most valuable for supporting you and your ministry.
We have 8 categories of skills. If you think a category is beneficial to you or your organization, you will have an opportunity to highlight some specialties within that category which you find especially interesting or valuable.
The survey should take you about ~5 minutes. We are excited to hear what you think about each.
If you feel like you aren't in a position to make these category decisions, try answering questions from the perspective of a field worker you know well.
