Switchboard in ATX Poll 📅

What is it?

Three days in Austin with the entire Switchboard team including:

🍝 Good Food

🔭 Vision casting and strategic planning

➗ Department Breakouts and Work Sessions

When is it?

Not sure yet! You need to respond in this form so I can set the date.

Why?

The goal for this week is for our remote team to have a unique opportunity to pray together, realign around our core Switchboard vision, build relationships, and tackle some complex and high priority projects.

What else do I need to know?

We will send out the specific schedule of events once we lock in the date

Where are we hosting this in ATX?

We will be booking a conference room at a facility in ATX with adjacent breakout rooms for team meetings

What days of the week?

We are planning a Wed-Fri co-working week with an optional Saturday for connecting and socializing

What about travel and lodging?

We will cover all travel expenses for all folks flying in and will work to find host homes for anyone staying from out of town.

Who is invited?

All Switchboard employees (contracted or otherwise), board members, advisors, and highly-involved volunteers

Do I have to attend the whole thing?

It depends on your role with Switchboard. All core team members must attend the whole event, while board members, advisors, and highly-involved volunteers have more flexibility. We will publish a detailed schedule at a later date indicating which certain Switchboard team members need to attend which sessions.
